"This facsimile of the West Virginia Declaration of Independence is presented to those in attendance at the 100th anniversary of its signing, compliments of the Boyd Press Inc., Wheeling, West Virginia. The original may be seen at "The Oglebay Mansion Museum." Also includes an "account of events in connection with West Virginia's Declaration of independence, by Delf Norona.
