Reprint of a report by Mr. Cameron of Wisconsin, from the Committee on Claims re: bill (H.R. 3869) entitled "An act for the allowance of certain claims reported by the accounting officers of the United States Treasury Department" about claims made for quartermaster's stores taken for the use of and used by the Army. Two sections of the original act were extended "by act of Congress to embrace the State of Tennessee and the counties of Berkeley and Jefferson in the State of West Virginia."
