An Ordinance repealing Article 167 of the administrative code of the City of Morgantown, in its entirety as the same applies to the Historic Landmarks Commission, and adopting in its place a new Article 167 which expands the duties and authority of the Historic Landmarks Commission regarding the issuance of certificates of authority in the B-4 Historic District.
